1. Cancellation
You may cancel an active TwekeeGPT subscription through the available account or billing flow. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
2. AI Credits, Compute, and Outputs
Used AI credits, consumed compute, completed generations, generated outputs, builder runs, media processing, marketplace usage, and other metered usage are generally non-refundable because processing costs are incurred when the service is used.
3. Duplicate or Failed Charges
Duplicate charges, failed charges that still appear as paid, incorrect billing, or payment processor errors can be reviewed. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us with your account email, charge date, amount, payment reference where available, and a short description of the issue.
4. Refund Review
Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case, considering product usage, account history, payment status, fraud-prevention checks, technical issues, and applicable law. QERA AI may decline refund requests for completed usage, abuse, policy violations, or requests outside a reasonable review window.
5. Approved Refund Timing
Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on the bank, card network, wallet, or payment processor such as Stripe.
