1. Service Operator
TwekeeGPT is a product of QERA AI and is legally operated by QERAAI LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
2. Services Covered
TwekeeGPT may provide AI chat, AI tools, builder experiences, IDE or developer features, media generation or editing features, marketplace access, subscriptions, AI credits, and related services.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, instructions, data, and content you submit to TwekeeGPT.
- You must keep your account credentials secure and promptly report suspected misuse.
- You must review AI outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in important decisions.
- You must comply with applicable laws, these terms, product limits, and plan-specific usage rules.
4. Restricted Use
You may not use TwekeeGPT to break the law, violate third-party rights, create harmful or deceptive content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer systems, scrape the service, abuse security controls, generate malware, commit fraud, send spam, or misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified professional advice.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
TwekeeGPT uses AI systems that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unexpected outputs. AI output is provided for assistance and productivity, not as a guarantee of truth, professional advice, or fitness for a specific purpose. You are responsible for evaluating, testing, and validating outputs before use.
6. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
Paid plans, subscriptions, AI credits, compute usage, marketplace purchases, and other paid features may be billed through payment processors such as Stripe or other supported providers. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past usage. Refund handling is described in the TwekeeGPT Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
QERA AI, TwekeeGPT, QAI, associated product names, software, interfaces, designs, models, workflows, documentation, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to QERAAI LLP. You retain rights you already have in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for QERA AI to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
8. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content available through TwekeeGPT infringes your copyright, contact contact@qeraai.in with your name, contact information, description of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, and a statement that you are authorized to act.
9. Changes and Availability
QERA AI may update features, pricing, limits, policies, and these terms as the product evolves. We may suspend or restrict access to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain service reliability.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts and competent forums in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to TwekeeGPT or these terms.
